Stilt is an English word that means “one of a set of posts that support a building so that it is high above the ground or water”.

This community is a safe space for those affected by anxiety and depression to talk to others who truly understand. It is a non-profit dedicated to providing peer-support.Our over-aching goal is to support anyone who may have lost hope. We believe recovery is possible.

Through education, peer support and advocacy,we try to erase the stigma of mental illness, effect positive change and increase public awareness of mental health issues.
