Stilt Ng

We are a non-profit with a vision to see the improved mental well-being of young Nigerians aged 13-30 through mental health education, peer support and advocacy.

What We Do

Mental Health Education

We educate young people on specific Mental Health-related topics, such as coping with depression, anxiety or addiction. We do this through online sessions, outreaches to schools, our website & social networks, rallies & awareness programs, collaborations, as well as our support group meetings.

Peer Support

We use a peer-peer support model. This model promotes coping strategies, managing mental health symptoms & developing a network of support from people who have been through similar experiences to challenge stigma & spread hope.

Advocacy

We do this by supporting those who need help, engaging our network of volunteers, organizing awareness events benefitting the mental health movement, encouraging our leaders to prioritize mental health, correcting those who use stigmatizing language and altogether, changing how Nigerians view mental health by speaking out, sharing our stories and showing others that they are not alone.
